I bought a bag from Strandbags and thought it would be better for the price. It looked really nice when I first got it, but after using it a few times it started to feel a bit cheaper than I expected. The zip also keeps catching, which gets annoying quickly. Compared to bags I’ve bought from other retailers around the same price, this one just doesn’t feel like the same value. Maybe I’d grab something from there on sale, but I don’t think I’d pay full price again.

I liked how the bag looked when I got it, but using it hasn’t been great. The wheels kept sticking on me, which made it a pain to steer, especially when I was trying to move around quickly.

I’ve bought from Strandbags a few times now and overall I’ve had a good experience. They’ve got a solid range, whether you’re after a cheaper everyday bag or something a bit nicer like a luggage set. I also like that it’s usually easy to find different sizes and colours. The only small downside is that some of the popular colours seem to sell out quickly, which can be a bit annoying, but there’s normally still another decent option available.

The bag turned up in good condition and the website was easy to use, so that part was all fine. Postage did take a bit longer than I expected, but... overall, not a bad experience

The lock does its job for quick use, but it feels a bit flimsy in hand. I’d be fine using it around town, but trusting it for a long trip would feel kind of ridiculous. It’s okay overall, just not something I’d rely on too heavily.

The sizing guide helped me heaps with picking the right suitcase size. The delivery info was a bit unclear though, so that part could’ve been better.

I asked for a refund, and it came through quickly. Since the process was simple, I didn’t have to stress or keep following up...

I get that delays happen, and it’s not even about that. It’s more that it’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting with no real update. Annoying at this point.

The claim did take longer than I expected, and I’ll admit I was getting a bit worried because I really didn’t want to end up out of pocket. In the end though, it was sorted properly, so I’m relieved it all worked out.

My order arrived in great shape, the box wasn’t crushed or anything, and the bag was wrapped nicely inside. no complaints here… happy with it.

I really like the color and the style — it looks cute on and is flattering. That said, I was a bit annoyed because the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. Still happy with how it looks overall.

I still haven’t gotten any tracking updates, and it’s really annoying. It feels like the package is just being handled carelessly with no one bothering to keep me informed

I feel stupid for trusting them in the first place. They took ages to reply, and I was just left waiting around with no clear update. It was frustrating and made the whole experience feel like a waste of time.

It carries okay overall, but the shoulder strap starts digging in really fast, even on short walks. It gets uncomfortable after a bit.

The product page made it sound like it was travel friendly, but the measurements weren’t clear enough for me. Ended up having to pay extra at the airport, which was annoying. I probably won’t buy luggage from them again unless the carry-on compliance info is made more clear.

My loyalty points never actually showed up after my purchase, which was frustrating. I reached out to support, but they took way too long to get back to me. having to chase down points that should’ve been added automatically felt unnecessary.

I bought a medium suitcase from Strandbags for a short trip, and it was mostly fine. I expected it to feel a bit roomier inside, but after packing about 4 days of clothes, it started getting tight once I added shoes.

The divider and zip pocket were handy, especially for keeping smaller things from getting lost. I just thought there would be a few more pockets or sections, because anything without a spot kind of ended up mixed together.

For the price, it’s not a bad suitcase and it did the job for my trip. I just expected the inside layout to be a bit more practical and organised than it was.

I only meant to have a quick look, but then I saw a suitcase on promo and kind of bought it on the spot. The deal was too good to pass up, and the discount applied easily at checkout, which was a relief. Delivery turned up quickly too. Really happy with what I paid, and I’d definitely check them again before spending full price somewhere else
